This course was designed to provide you with background information and knowledge about how Knowledge Management at eduNEXT aims to improve the overall customer experience, and create a culture of knoweldge gathering and sharing amongst its team members. In the role of a Knowledge Base Content Specialist, your core objectives will be to create content, promote knowledge sharing and gathering, and support the implementation of Edunext's Knowledge Management Strategy and Action Plan (KMAP) on a global scale within the eduNEXT organization.
To prepare you for this mission, we have created an inclusive onboarding course to guide you through the first 30 days at eduNEXT. We want to help you create a strong foundation from the start, so that you can build and grow within our organziation. We encourage you to dive deep into the information, proactively participate in meet and greet sessions, and ask questions along the way. We wish you the best.
