This course was designed to provide you with background information and knowledge about how our Service Delivery and Marketing teams at eduNEXT aim to improve the overall customer experience. In the role of a Customer Success Specialist, your goal will be to design, propose and implement a Customer Success Strategy that can be implemented on a global scale within the eduNEXT organization.

To prepare you for this mission, we have created an inclusive onboarding course to guide you through the first 30 days at eduNEXT. We want to help you create a strong foundation from the start, so that you can build and grow within our organziation. We encourage you to dive deep into the information, proactively participate in meet and greet sessions, and ask questions along the way. We wish you the best.
